Today Simone Kleinsma presented me with a copy of the cd: Simone - Songs From the Heart. During an extensive tour of nearly 90 shows in 2008 live-recordings were made, and from that material this cd has been compiled.

I'm very proud; Songs From the Heart was my "baby" too, as a creative I was involved closely in the conception of the show. Al those wonderful songs - with the fantastic vocals of Simone, accompanied by a great band - have been captured on this cd and that's...sort of a present, 'icing on the cake'...
